Full-Time Teaching Assistant

What the role involves

You’ll support pupils during lessons, provide 1:1 help when needed and help teachers maintain a calm classroom environment. You’ll make a genuine difference to pupils’ confidence and progress.

Your daily tasks

  • Assisting with learning activities across different subjects
  • Supporting pupils who need extra encouragement
  • Helping with behaviour routines and expectations
  • Preparing resources and organising classroom spaces
  • Sharing updates with teachers and pastoral staff

What you’ll bring

  • Experience supporting children or young people
  • Patience, positivity and strong communication
  • A willingness to learn and take guidance
  • A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
