SEND Classroom Support Assistant Needed!

I am working alongside some fantastic Special Educational Needs Schools in Croydon who are currently recruiting! We are looking for confident, outgoing and driven individuals to work with the students both inside and outside of the classroom. The main responsibilities of this role will be to support the students with their social development and academic improvement whilst promoting positive behaviour at all times. The responsibilities will also be inclusive of ensuring that safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Hours: Monday – Friday, between 8am – 4:30pm

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the relevant childcare experience (working within a school, nursery, childcare group etc…)
  • Have the relevant SEND experience
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check that is subscribed to the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
