We’re looking for an inspiring and adaptable SEN Teacher to join a fantastic specialist school supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs — including autism, complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

- Planning and delivering creative, personalised lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support holistic progress
- Using tailored strategies and sensory resources to engage and motivate pupils

- Tracking progress and contributing to EHCP targets and reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND (ASD, PMLD, SLD, or SEMH)
- A flexible, nurturing approach and strong behaviour management skills
- A team player with patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting every learner to succeed
