We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Assistants to join Protocol Education and work within various nurseries and primary schools in Cambridgeshire.

Our mission is to support the educational journey of children by ensuring they receive the assistance and guidance they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support individual students or small groups with their learning activities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
  • Provide additional support to students with special educational needs or disabilities.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Supervise students during break times and outings.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to meet the needs of all students.

Requirements:

✅Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.

✅A passion for supporting children's learning and development.

✅Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with children.

✅Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational environments.

✅Relevant qualifications such as a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.
