Flexible Support Roles - North Bristol (Secondary Schools)

Know your way around a classroom and calm in a crisis?
We’re looking for experienced Secondary Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 and small group support in schools across North and Central Bristol.

If you’ve got strong behaviour management skills and a knack for building trust with teenagers, this is the perfect flexible option. No long-term school contract, just great opportunities to make an impact—on your terms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students with SEMH or additional learning needs

  • Leading small intervention groups to boost confidence and focus

  • Helping teachers maintain calm, productive classrooms

  • Encouraging positive choices and steady progress

What’s in it for you:

  • Flexibility – choose when and where you work

  • Weekly pay (PAYE, no umbrella companies)

  • Local roles in Bristol schools that genuinely value support staff

  • Free access to Thrive training and CPD through our online academy

  • Friendly, local consultant support whenever you need it

Whether you’re a seasoned TA or returning to education, we’ll match you with schools that suit your style. Bring your experience, empathy, and classroom calm—we’ll handle the rest.
