Are you a caring and enthusiastic Early Years / Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role? We are working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Harrow that is seeking a dedicated EYFS/Nursery TA to join their supportive team.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development. You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning through play, assist with daily routines, and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Early Years / Nursery Teaching Assistant Requirements:

  • Experience working within Early Years or Nursery (school or childcare setting)

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

  • Ability to support children’s learning, social development, and wellbeing

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive behaviour
