We’re looking for a caring and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young children with special educational needs at a children’s centre in Bradford. This is a role where patience, creativity and warmth make a world of difference in helping children thrive at the very start of their school journey.
What you’ll be doing

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

Helping children develop early communication, play and social skills

Supporting routines that build independence and confidence

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to ensure every child gets the right support

Creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure and ready to learn

Experience working with children in EYFS or early years settings

Understanding of SEN, with a calm, patient approach

A creative and positive personality to make learning fun and accessible
