EYFS Teacher – Long-Term Role

We are working with one welcoming primary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a dedicated and nurturing EYFS Teacher for a long-term placement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EYFS specialist who is looking for stability, consistency, and the chance to become a valued member of a school team, supporting children at a crucial stage in their learning and development.

The Role

  • Full teaching responsibility within the Early Years Foundation Stage

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

  • Supporting children’s early development, wellbeing, and progress

  • Working closely with support staff, SENCO, and parents

We Are Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • EYFS teaching experience in a UK primary school

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Warm, patient, and child-centred approach

  • Reliable, professional, and committed

Compliance Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Two professional references

  • Enhanced DBS (sighted or on the Update Service)

  • Right to Work in the UK
