Are you a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teacher looking for a supportive school where early years truly matter? A friendly, well-established 2-form entry primary school in the Barnet area is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team from March.

You will be leading a well-resourced Reception class and will be fully supported by two experienced Teaching Assistants, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching and child-centred learning.

Whether you are an experienced EYFS specialist or an Early Career Teacher ready to take on your first class, this school provides excellent support, collaboration, and professional development.

About the Role:

As the EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Lead a Reception class in line with the EYFS Framework

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning that supports all areas of child development

  • Work closely with two dedicated TAs to create a positive and structured learning environment

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

  • Track progress and support children’s academic, social, and emotional development

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have:

  • UK QTS or EYTS

  • Experience teaching within EYFS (Reception preferred)

  • A nurturing, creative, and child-centred approach

  • Confidence in delivering the EYFS curriculum

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
