We’re working with a warm, nurturing setting that supports children with a range of additional needs. They’re looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who brings patience, curiosity, and that wonderful ability to make learning feel like play.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils aged 3–5 with communication, sensory and developmental needs

  • Helping children settle into routines and access learning in ways that work for them

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff

  • Bringing calm, creativity and comfort into the classroom each day

  • Using visuals, sensory resources, and play-based learning to spark engagement

What the school is looking for

  • Experience in EYFS, SEND, nurseries or early childhood is ideal

  • A calm, caring approach and confidence in following structured support plans

  • Someone who loves celebrating small steps and helping every child feel safe and seen

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
