Now, let’s talk about this lovely opportunity in Grays
We’re supporting a well-established private nursery in Grays that’s looking for a full-time, permanent EYFS Practitioner to join their close-knit team. This is a nurturing setting where children are encouraged to explore, get messy, ask questions, and build confidence from day one.
The nursery has a warm, community feel. Think cosy reading corners, creative play areas, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Your role will include:
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and communication development
• Observing, assessing, and tracking progress
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Creating a safe, stimulating environment where children feel secure and excited to learn
We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Has experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Brings energy, patience, and a calm, caring approach
• Understands that every child develops at their own pace
• Is ready to commit to a permanent role and become part of the nursery family
If you love seeing those lightbulb moments, whether it’s writing their name for the first time or confidently joining in at circle time, this could be your next home.
Why join Protocol Education?
• Support throughout the permanent recruitment process
• FREE access to our CPD Academy
• Honest, friendly guidance from a local consultant
• Opportunities across mainstream, SEND, and alternative settings
