You’ll get weekly PAYE pay, free access to our CPD Academy, and a dedicated consultant who actually picks up the phone when you call. No umbrella companies. No being passed around. Just real support, real opportunities, and roles that make Mondays feel good again.
Now, let’s talk Romford
We’re working with a welcoming nursery setting in Romford looking for a full-time EYFS Practitioner to join their early years team. This is a setting where curiosity is encouraged, muddy puddles are embraced, and every small step forward is celebrated.
The Role
You’ll be right in the heart of the action, supporting children aged 0 to 5 as they explore, play, and grow.
Your day might include:
• Creating fun, engaging activities that spark imagination
• Supporting communication, social skills, and early development
• Observing and tracking progress in line with the EYFS framework
• Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s journey
• Making story time the highlight of the day
We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Knows the EYFS framework and how to bring it to life
• Brings warmth, patience, and a good sense of humour
• Isn’t afraid to get stuck into messy play
• Understands that every child develops at their own pace
If you’ve got experience in nurseries, preschools, or reception classes, amazing. If you’re passionate about early development and ready for your next step, we’d love to hear from you.
