EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Ruislip
£90–£105 per day | Full Time | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity
Are you a nurturing, experienced EYFS Level 3 TA who thrives in a creative, child-centred environment? One of my fantastic Ruislip primary schools is looking for someone who genuinely understands early childhood development and has the confidence to support children with additional needs.

The Role
• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception to develop confidence, communication and independence
• Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group SEND support (ASD, ADHD, S&L, sensory needs)
• Helping shape a high-quality EYFS provision through play, structured learning and routines
• Working closely with an EYFS leader who will actively support your development
• Being part of a team that values consistency, kindness and child-led learning
What I’m Looking For
• Level 3 EYFS/Early Years qualification
• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary school
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
• A calm, positive and patient approach
• Someone proactive who can use their initiative and build strong relationships
