Role Overview: As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, covering short-term teacher absences. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience and making a positive impact on students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the provided lesson plans.
  • Adapt to different school environments and grade levels.
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students' learning and progress during teacher absences.
  • Complete required administrative tasks, such as attendance and feedback reports.
  • Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with school staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A valid teaching qualification and teaching certification.
  • Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various educational settings.
