EYFS & Nursery Staff Needed – Primary Schools

Love messy play, tiny triumphs, and helping little people find their voice? You’ll fit right in.

We’re working with a number of friendly primary schools looking for EYFS and Nursery staff to support their youngest learners. These are hands-on roles where patience, warmth, and a good sense of humour go a long way.

Whether you’re an experienced Nursery Practitioner, EYFS Teaching Assistant, or someone with early years experience looking for school-based work, we’ve got opportunities waiting.

What your days will look like

  • Supporting children in nursery and early years classrooms

  • Helping little learners with play-based activities, routines, and transitions

  • Encouraging language, confidence, and independence

  • Creating a calm, happy environment where children feel safe and settled

We’d love to hear from you if you

  • Have experience in EYFS, nursery, or early years settings

  • Are caring, playful, and great at getting down to a child’s level

  • Understand how important those early moments of learning really are

  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit school team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
