Protocol Education is currently working with a school who are looking for an experienced TA for September 2023, to join their friendly, passionate team. The school has an OFSTED rating ‘outstanding’, and is 2-form entry, with good transport links, located in the London borough of Enfield.

What you will need:

  • Previous TA experience.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to interact well with the children.
  • TA qualification.
  • There is the possibility of long term, full time work available in this role. 

 About the role:

As an teaching assistant, you will be expected to support the class teacher and pupils in or outside of the classroom environment e.g. pupils in small groups or one to one support. The students will have a structured day and you will be expected to support them throughout the day in lessons, and help the teacher prepare for learning opportunities also.
