Seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant ASAP!

A specialist provision in Bristol are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to support specialist students with SEMH and assiociated complex needs between the ages of 5-16 years. 

This role is dedicated to those who want to inspire student’s with SEMH, many whom have come from distressed and toxic backgrounds.

LOCATION: BRISTOL

 

The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies, robust and know how to build strong rapports and manage challenging behaviours.

You must also be empathetic and have a good understanding or background in special educational needs or Social emotional, mental health.

Resilience and hard work are a must. An outdoors/sports/activity co-ordinator background or creative Arts/Drama/Food tech background would also be great, as this role entails a lot of outdoors and creative activies. 

 

 

You must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am - 3:35pm Mon - Fri. A competitive salary is offered.
