Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- Compassionate Nature: Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students' individual needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Flexible and ready to adapt to different learning environments and needs.
- Background Check: Must pass a DBS check.
Responsibilities:
- Support Learning: Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities.
- Individual Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs.
- Classroom Assistance: Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor Progress: Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Encourage Independence: Promote self-confidence and independence among students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
