We’re looking for passionate ESOL tutors to support secondary school students across London. You’ll be working with learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them gain confidence, fluency, and skills to thrive in school and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering engaging ESOL lessons to secondary students

Adapting your teaching to meet a variety of levels and abilities
-
Supporting students with literacy, speaking, and exam prep
-
Working closely with school staff to ensure smooth learning experiences
What you need:

Experience teaching ESOL, EAL, or English literacy in a classroom or group setting

Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
A flexible and positive approach – every student is different!

QTS or relevant teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential
