Are you a passionate and engaging ESOL teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a motivated ESOL Teacher to join our friendly and supportive college in Leeds

You will deliver high-quality English language lessons to learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop confidence and practical communication skills.


About the Role

  • Teach ESOL classes with sizes ranging from 5 to 15 learners

  • Student ages typically between 16 and 40 years old

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons

  • Support learners with varying English proficiency levels

  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback

  • Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment


What We’re Looking For

  • TEFL or CELTA qualification (essential)

  • Experience teaching ESOL / EFL learners (preferred)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Passion for supporting learners from diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
