We are recruiting for candidates with creative backgrounds like Art and Drama to work in Secondary schools across Tyne and Wear.
You will be working in schools in Tyne and Wear as a teaching assistant. You will use your transferable skills and creative flair to support children with Special educational needs. We are looking for creative graduates who are confident communicating with children, can think on their feet and reshape and adjust to situations well. Your interest in art or drama may be useful to promote emotional literacy and regulation.
Work will be available on a full time basis (Monday to Friday during term time only). We have roles to begin straight away. This is a fantastic opportunity for any graduate considering a career on teaching, educational psychology, art therapy or occupational therapy.
This is an entry level position. No previous experince is required. Roles are to begin ASAP.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
