We have vacancies for Teaching Assistants with immediate start dates in the Cambridge area (Monday- Friday, 8.30-15.30).

We are currently looking for entry level teaching assistants and general classroom support staff to help support students in their learning. You will be expected to follow class plans, take direction from the class teacher, support with preparing lesson resources and work with a range of children in the class, ranging from 1:1 support to small or large groups. The successful candidate will be ambitious about working with and supporting children and feel passionate about seeing children make progress. The candidate must be punctual and reliable and preferably have previous experience working with children.

This supportive and friendly school will provide training and opportunities for gaining qualifications.

The candidate will:

  • Have an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new application
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Be able to provide two references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
