Job Title: Entry Level Special Needs Teaching Assistant

The salary ranges from £83.85 to £100 per day.
Job Duties:
- Provide support to special needs students in their learning and development.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans.
- Support students with personal care and mobility needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths is desired but not compulsory.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs is required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of special educational needs and disabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- First Aid training.
- Experience with assistive technology.
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily takes place within a school setting.
- May involve some physical activity and assisting with personal care needs.
- Work hours typically follow the school schedule.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
