Classroom Teaching Assistant: Entry Level

Protocol Education is recruiting individuals to work full time within one of our partnership schools in Cambridge. This is a very rewarding role and is a great opportunity for those who wish to pursue a career within the education system.
We are recruiting people who have different levels of experience, from all different backgrounds. We find graduates, those who have volunteered, sports coaches and former carers are all successful within educational based roles. It is beneficial if you have personal or professional experience support young people with their development, however this is not a requirement for this entry level role.
You will be expected to work one-to-one or with a small group of students in order to support their personal and educational development.
This role will begin on a temporary basis to ensure you are a good match for the child, however due to the students requiring consistency the majority of our staff obtain long term if not permanent placements within one of our partnership schools.
Requirements:
- The right to work in the UK.
- Has or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS.
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30.
- Is a confident individual with positive communication skills.
- Is passionate about education and support young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
