Love teaching English and fancy a bit more control over your week? We’re growing our pool of brilliant English teachers across Gloucester and would love to hear from you. • Bringing clarity, calmness, and a love of language to every day

  • Confident behaviour management and a warm, steady teaching style

  • Someone reliable, friendly, and adaptable

  • A teacher who enjoys variety and can build rapport quickly

How Protocol Education works

We keep things simple and human. No endless forms, no being passed around, and no waking up unsure where you’re heading. Once you’re registered, your consultant gets to know your strengths, preferences, and weekly availability. Then we match you to the right roles, not just the nearest ones.

You choose the days you want to work. You decide whether you’re open to long term posts or prefer short term flexibility. We send you bookings with clear details, transparent expectations, and no last minute surprises unless you’re happy to help.

How supply works

Supply teaching gives you the freedom to shape your week. You can work regularly in the same schools or mix things up with varied placements. Most roles come with no planning, and for longer placements you’ll have time and support to settle into the department properly. It’s teaching without the overwhelm, designed around your life.

What you get with Protocol Education

  • Weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella complications

  • Full or part time options based entirely on your preferences

  • A local Bristol consultant who actually listens and advocates for you

  • Free access to our CPD Academy

  • Opportunities in mainstream, SEND, and alternative settings

  • Clear communication and a proper heads up on bookings
