About the Role:

✅ Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
✅ Plan, prepare, and assess student work to ensure high standards of learning and achievement
✅ Support and challenge students of all abilities to reach their academic goals
✅ Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
Experience teaching English at secondary school level
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A commitment to continuous professional development and student success
