We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Stratford who are looking for a confident and committed English Teacher to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves their subject, enjoys building strong relationships with pupils, and wants to make a real impact in the classroom.
The role:

Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)

Planning engaging, well-structured lessons that bring texts to life

Supporting pupils of mixed abilities to build confidence and progress

Working collaboratively with a supportive English department

Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
What we’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school

Strong classroom presence and clear behaviour management

A positive, professional approach and genuine passion for English

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
