What you’ll be doing:
• Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
• Supporting GCSE exam classes with structured, calm delivery
• Using consistent routines to help pupils feel confident
• Working within friendly teams who share resources and planning

• QTS or QTLS
• Strong behaviour management and clear communication
• An inclusive, encouraging teaching style
