Full-Time English Teacher (QTS)

8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday

Your role

You’ll teach English across KS3–KS4, with potential for KS5 depending on your experience. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that build critical thinking, communication and a real love for literature.

  • Bring texts to life in ways that encourage students to question, explore and connect.

  • Use assessment thoughtfully to guide pupils forward and strengthen progress.

  • Build brilliant relationships that help students feel safe to share their ideas and develop their voice.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, trips and enrichment opportunities.

  • Work the school day of 8.30am to 3.30pm, giving you a healthy, predictable rhythm.
