English Teacher – North Tyneside

£163 to £241 per day (PAYE)

You’ll be bringing literature, language, and creativity to life — helping pupils build confidence in reading, writing, and communication. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT ready to begin your career, we’ll match you with a school that values your passion and expertise.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Inspire students to enjoy reading, writing, and exploring ideas

  • Support pupils in developing their analytical and creative skills

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment

You’ll need:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for English

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • A flexible, professional approach
