Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher ready to spark a love of literature and language in young minds?
We’re working with fantastic secondary schools across Middlesbrough who are looking for a creative, dedicated teacher to bring the curriculum to life across KS3–KS5.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in English Language and Literature.

  • Inspire students to achieve great GCSE and A-Level results.

  • Track progress and tailor support to help every learner succeed.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where creativity and curiosity thrive.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ideas.

  • Contribute to wider school life through pastoral care and enrichment activities.

What You’ll Need

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for English.

  • Experience teaching KS3–KS5 in a secondary setting.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
