Are you an enthusiastic English Teacher ready to spark a love of literature and language in young minds?
We’re working with fantastic secondary schools across Middlesbrough who are looking for a creative, dedicated teacher to bring the curriculum to life across KS3–KS5.
What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in English Language and Literature.

Inspire students to achieve great GCSE and A-Level results.

Track progress and tailor support to help every learner succeed.

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where creativity and curiosity thrive.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ideas.

Contribute to wider school life through pastoral care and enrichment activities.
What You’ll Need

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

Strong subject knowledge and passion for English.

Experience teaching KS3–KS5 in a secondary setting.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
