Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver personalized education plans to support student progression.
  • Engage students in functional skills learning activities.
  • Provide support to students in achieving post-16 education, employment, apprenticeships, or training goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting students with challenging behavior
  • Additional training in functional skills education

Working Conditions:

  • Temp to perm position with opportunities for professional development
  • Work with a diverse group of students in key stages 3 and 4
