Job Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver personalized education plans to support student progression.
- Engage students in functional skills learning activities.
- Provide support to students in achieving post-16 education, employment, apprenticeships, or training goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting students with challenging behavior
- Additional training in functional skills education
Working Conditions:
- Temp to perm position with opportunities for professional development
- Work with a diverse group of students in key stages 3 and 4

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
