English Literature Teacher

What you’ll be doing as an English Teacher

You’ll deliver English Literature to KS3 and KS4, guiding pupils through novels, poetry and plays. Your lessons will help students build analytical skills, deepen understanding and enjoy reading.

Key responsibilities as an English Teacher

  • Teaching imaginative, well-structured Literature lessons
  • Helping students analyse texts and develop written responses
  • Preparing pupils for assessments and GCSE content
  • Offering timely, constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the English department

You’ll be a great fit as an English Teacher if you have

  • QTS with experience in English Literature
