Our client is a Further Education College based in Cambridge.  They are recruiting for a full time English Lecturer to join their team on an ongoing potnetially permanent basis.

Working 37 hours per week you will be expected to plan and mark work, assess student progress and differentiate across lessons covering Key Stage 4 and 5 English as well as some functional skills across the college.

The succesful candidate will:

  • Hold QTS/QTLS or a another recognised UK teaching Qualification
  • Experience teaching English across a variety or levels and age groups
  • Have the ability to plan engaging lessons in line with schemes of work and the existing syllabus
  • Be flexible to cover in different areas should the need arise
