3 days’ pay guaranteed, even if you work less
Starting out in teaching and want security without locking yourself into one classroom? This one’s for you.
We’re looking for a qualified ECT to work across friendly primary schools in Newcastle and North Tynseside, with a three-day guaranteed pay agreement. That means if schools don’t need you for all three days, you still get paid for them.
You’ll mainly be teaching, but on quieter days you may step into TA or classroom support work, a great way to build confidence, relationships, and experience across year groups.
What you’ll get
-
Three days’ pay guaranteed every week, whether you’re placed for all three days or not
-
A mix of teaching and TA experience to support your ECT journey
-
Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies
-
Supportive, local consultant who’s got your back
-
FREE access to our CPD Academy
-
A foot in the door with schools that love nurturing early career teachers
What we’re looking for
-
An ECT with UK QTS
-
Happy to support as a TA when needed
-
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
-
Flexible, positive, and keen to learn
