Early Years Teaching Assistant for a High-Impact EYFS Team in Hillingdon
£90 to £105 per day | Full time | Immediate start | Long term
Are you the kind of EYFS practitioner who brings energy, creativity and calm structure to a room full of little ones? I am working with a wonderful Hillingdon primary school that is looking for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant who can make a genuine difference in Nursery and Reception.
This is a warm and supportive school with a hands-on SENCO and an EYFS team who truly value their support staff. It is the perfect fit for someone who loves Early Years and wants long-term stability.
About the role
• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception with play based learning and early routines
• Offering targeted support for children with SEND including ASD ADHD speech and language needs and sensory regulation
• Helping with early phonics early communication reading readiness and independence skills
• Creating a nurturing space where children feel safe confident and enthusiastic about learning
• Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS lead to deliver high quality early years provision
• Supporting emotional regulation social skills and early behaviour expectations
What I am looking for
• Previous EYFS experience in a school setting
• Familiarity with the EYFS framework and early child development
• Confidence supporting SEND children particularly ASD speech and language and sensory needs
• A warm patient and proactive approach
• Someone who genuinely loves Early Years and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
• Strong relationship building skills with pupils and staff
