Early Years Teacher Vacancy in Hounslow
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher to join a Hounslow Primary School. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education and care to young children.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, specializing in Early Years Education
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Previous experience working as an Early Years Teacher
- Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff
- Creativity and enthusiasm in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Understanding of assessment and record-keeping within the EYFS framework
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for early years children
- Creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment
- Assessing children's progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to child development
- Monitoring and promoting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Supporting children's transition to primary school
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress
- Keeping up-to-date records of children's achievements and maintaining observation and assessment records
