Early Years Teacher – Redcar
Daily supply, short-term and long-term roles available.
Love the magic of early years? The tiny triumphs, the wobbly pencil grips, the full-body excitement when someone finally counts to ten? If that’s your happy place, we’ve got roles waiting for you in Redcar/Saltburn and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for a caring, creative Early Years Teacher to join our supply team. You can choose the way you work, from flexible daily bookings to steady long-term placements.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Bringing warmth, routine and imagination to Nursery and Reception classes.
-
Creating playful learning moments that help little learners thrive.
-
Working with supportive EYFS teams who genuinely value early years expertise.
-
Adapting to different settings with confidence and a smile.
-
Building strong relationships with staff, families and the tiniest humans in the building.
Who we’re looking for:
-
A qualified teacher (QTS / EYTS / EYT).
-
Someone who understands what brilliant early years practice looks and feels like.
-
Calm, patient, organised and ready to jump into different routines.
-
A teacher who can turn anything into a learning opportunity, even snack time.
What we can offer:
-
Daily supply, short-term or long-term roles depending on what suits your week.
-
Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella faff.
-
FREE access to our CPD Academy.
-
Support from a consultant who genuinely knows early years.
-
Opportunities in warm and welcoming Redcar/Saltburn schools.
