Job Duties:

The Early Years Teacher in Hillingdon will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to young children, managing their behaviour effectively, conducting assessments, and preparing detailed reports on student progress.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Previous experience teaching in early years settings

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective behaviour management techniques
  • Ability to assess student learning outcomes
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Proven track record of delivering engaging lessons

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in early childhood education

Working Conditions:
