Protocol Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Primary Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Epping Forest. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that cater to the needs of early years students.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive social interactions and development.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
  • Foster a positive relationship with parents, carers, and the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in early years or a similar age group.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
  • Commitment to the development and well-being of every child.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching young learners.
