Protocol Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Primary Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Epping Forest. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that cater to the needs of early years students.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive social interactions and development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
- Foster a positive relationship with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in early years or a similar age group.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
- Commitment to the development and well-being of every child.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
