We’re working with welcoming mainstream primary schools looking for full-time Early Years Teachers to lead either Nursery or Reception classes. These are proper roles, five days a week, with the chance to settle in and really make your mark.

What the role looks like:
Nursery

Leading a nurturing, play-led classroom

Supporting early communication, social skills and independence

Reception

Full class responsibility within a mainstream primary setting

Delivering engaging EYFS teaching with strong phonics foundations

Preparing children confidently for Key Stage 1
In both roles, you’ll work alongside experienced TAs and supportive year group teams who understand that Early Years isn’t babysitting, it’s the foundation of everything.

We’re looking for:

UK QTS
-
Experience teaching in Nursery or Reception within a mainstream setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
-
Warmth, patience and calm classroom presence

Someone who can balance structure with creativity
