Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher

 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our young learners, fostering their curiosity, creativity, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive interactions and fosters a love for learning.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and tailor teaching approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Implement a play-based curriculum that promotes exploration, independence, and critical thinking.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching within the EYFS phase.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with parents and colleagues.
  • Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
