The roles responsibility:

-          Design and execute engaging lesson plans in relation to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

-          Encourage the young learners to explore their curiosity and social interactions in a safe and supportive learning environment.

-          Adapt to individual pupil’s needs and employ the correct teaching strategy.

-          Assess the Young Learner’s progress, identify areas that are in need of improvement and implement targeted interventions.

-          Communicate clearly with parents, guardians and colleagues and ensure you are actively involved in each child’s development.

-          Organise and execute extracurricular activities, school events and outings to enhance the child’s overall learning experience.

Requirements:

-          Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teaching qualifications.

-          Vast understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to approach early childhood education.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with all peers.

-          A strong sense of patience, creativity and adaptability to meet the various needs of Young Learners.
