Protocol Education are seeking Early Years Support staff to join an award-winning recruitment agency and support local nurseries and schools! The nurseries stand proud in their children’s development and wish for a reliable, kind and compassionate individual to join their team to help create an encouraging and safe learning environment.

 

The perfect candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with early years.
  • The ability to lead and care for small play groups.
  • Be able to work closely and effectively with children on a one-to-one basis.
  • Great behavioural management.
  • Patience and understanding towards the children.
  • Having a good understanding of all SEN would be beneficial.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 references showcasing previous experience in a nursery setting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • A current enhanced DBS certification.
  • Valid full UK driving license, or reliable commute methods.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
