Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Full Time (BD4, Bradford)

Contract: Ongoing, long-term (potential for permanent)
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive nursery setting in the BD4 area of Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development who wants to play a key role in giving children the very best start to their education journey.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child thrives

  • Helping with observations, planning, and assessments in line with EYFS

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

  • Experience working with children aged 0–5

  • A warm, caring, and patient approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
