Early Years Practitioner (EYFS & SEN Support)

If you’ve worked in EYFS or SEN settings, you’ll know the skills overlap beautifully. Patience, creativity, empathy, and adaptability, they’re what make you brilliant at what you do.

Building strong, trusting relationships with key children to help them reach their next steps

Supporting individual learning through play, exploration, and positive interaction

Creating a nurturing, inclusive environment both indoors and outdoors

Working closely with colleagues to plan, observe, and celebrate each child’s progress
