Early Years Practitioner (EYFS & SEN Support)

Do you thrive on helping little learners find their spark? We’re looking for a flexible, resourceful Early Years Practitioners to move into SEN Support roles in the Swindon area. 

If you’ve worked in EYFS or SEN settings, you’ll know the skills overlap beautifully. Patience, creativity, empathy, and adaptability, they’re what make you brilliant at what you do.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building strong, trusting relationships with key children to help them reach their next steps

  • Supporting individual learning through play, exploration, and positive interaction

  • Creating a nurturing, inclusive environment both indoors and outdoors

  • Working closely with colleagues to plan, observe, and celebrate each child’s progress


What You’ll Bring

  • A warm, caring approach and a knack for spotting potential in every child

  • Experience in EYFS, SEN, or both,  your insight into child development is what matters most

  • Flexibility, curiosity, and a calm, can-do attitude
