Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for early years and foundation stage students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
  • Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Required Qualifications:

Early Years and Foundation Teaching Qualification

Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience teaching in early years and foundation stage settings

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the early years curriculum and teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training or certifications in early childhood education

Working Conditions:

Work in a school setting with typical school hours

Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis

Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
