Love messy play, mini milestones, and magical storytime? We’re looking for nurturing and proactive Early Childhood Learning Assistants to support nursery and Reception-aged children in schools and early years settings across Lambeth.
You’ll help little learners settle, explore, and thrive—whether that’s guiding play, supporting early phonics, or offering a calm voice when big emotions take over.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in nursery, EYFS or early years settings

A warm, patient and hands-on approach

Understanding of the EYFS framework

SEND experience is a plus

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
