We’re working with a well-organised secondary school in Newham looking for a confident Drama Teacher to join their team from January. Behaviour is well managed, expectations are clear, and the department values creativity alongside consistency.

The role

  • Teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, KS5 available for the right person

  • Delivering engaging, practical lessons that build confidence and performance skills

  • Managing behaviour effectively in a practical, movement-based environment

  • Planning and delivering schemes of work aligned with the curriculum

  • Supporting pupils with performances, assessments, and creative development
