Job Duties:

Assist drama teachers in delivering lessons

Support students in their drama activities and performances

Help with classroom management and student supervision

Provide feedback on student progress and performance

Assist in preparing and organising drama resources and materials

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Drama or related field

Experience in drama education or working with children/young adults

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Drama or related field

Experience:

Previous experience in drama education or working with children/young adults is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of drama education principles and practises

Strong communication skills

Ability to engage and motivate students

Organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching assistant qualification or relevant certification

Experience in working with diverse student populations

Working Conditions:

Work in a school setting with students of varying ages

Full-time hours, temporary position

Collaborative work environment with teaching staff
